    SAN DIEGO, Dec. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Entriq, Inc., an innovative company
 that provides Pay Media services to leading content providers, ISPs, and cable
 operators around the world, has signed an agreement with FremantleMedia to
 provide content protection, end-user authorization, billing and customer care
 for FremantleMedia's "World Idol" pay-per-video offering on the Internet.
 With the Entriq solution, consumers will have the ability to stream and to
 download videos in Windows Media format from www.worldidol.tv for a fee and
 utilizing a payment system accessible from all relevant territories.  The
 announcement was made today by Jan Steenkamp, Entriq, Inc. and Melissa
 Goodman, Sales and Marketing Manager, FremantleMedia Licensing Worldwide.

     FremantleMedia created the "World Idol" show to be broadcast in
 11 territories worldwide, starting this month.  Winners from "Idols" series
 around the world, including Kelly Clarkson ("American Idol" winner) and Will
 Young (UK "Pop Idol" winner) who will compete to become the "World Idol."
     FremantleMedia has added pay-per-view video to its official "World Idol"
 website and will include approximately 40 videos that will be made available
 through January 2004.
