CHICAGO, April 27 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Environmental Law & Policy Center has launched a new online FAQ resource to help consumers understand the basics of plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles and the choices we'll soon have in the auto marketplace. As excitement builds around the new hybrid and electric vehicle models expected in 2010 – 2011, ELPC is answering key consumer questions about different types of cars, prices, charging options, driving range and pollution reduction benefits.
