RALEIGH, N.C., June 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Eric and Jocelyn Hunter Thursday filed additional charges in the previously filed $3.3 billion harassment and securities lawsuit against Cree, Inc. (Nasdaq: CREE), where Eric Hunter is an employee and former CEO. As pointed out in a press release issued earlier Thursday from Eric Hunter, Cree's chairman, F. Neal Hunter, has made numerous false statements concerning Eric Hunter that constitute harassment and defamation, including false statements regarding Eric Hunter's diagnosis for and prescription or use of, anti-psychotic medications. "The false and malicious statements made by Cree's chairman, Neal Hunter, in a Raleigh News And Observer on Tuesday, June 24 are just examples of the harassment we receive continuously from Cree and why we had to sell our home in Chapel Hill," said Jocelyn Hunter. "These actions have caused me, my husband, and our children irreparable harm." Additional information is contained in the June 26 press release issued at 8:30 am.
