Ernst & Young LLP Expands US Restructuring and Working Capital Services
Ten professionals join global network to provide restructuring and working capital advisory services
NEW YORK, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Ernst & Young LLP's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) has announced the addition of Partner, Michael Scott, Principals, Rick Haughey, Rocky Ho, Florence Lentini, Alicia Masse, John Llewellyn and Executive Directors, Victoria Creason and Nicole Horton to its US Restructuring Services group. Principals, Peter Kingma and Eric Wright join its Working Capital Advisory Services group. These professionals bring deep knowledge and experience to Transaction Advisory Services, which helps businesses achieve their strategic and transaction goals while addressing a broad range of complex operational and financial issues that affect companies in today's changing environment.

Michael Scott joins Ernst & Young as a Partner in the US Restructuring Services group and is based in Dallas. Scott has over 15 years of experience working with companies and their creditors to develop operational and financial restructuring solutions including forecasting and managing cash in a crisis environment. He has worked across a broad array of industries, including financial services, oil and gas, retail, wholesale, healthcare and manufacturing. Scott joins from AlixPartners on November 30.
Rick Haughey joins Ernst & Young as a Principal for the US Restructuring Services group and is based in Atlanta. Throughout his 20 year career, Haughey has been responsible for serving a range of high profile clients on corporate restructurings, turnarounds, acquisitions and divestiture projects. More recently he was the COO of a privately held portfolio of quick-service restaurants. Prior to this, Haughey was a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting.
Rocky Ho joins Ernst & Young as a Principal in the US Restructuring Services group and is based in San Francisco. Ho has over 16 years of experience in pre-acquisition due diligence, merger integration, performance improvement and bankruptcy and restructuring across such industries as retail, telecommunications, financial services, IT consulting services, public utilities, airlines and food services. He joins from FTI Consulting.
Florence Lentini joins Ernst & Young as a Principal in the US Restructuring Services group and is based in New York City. Throughout her 18 year career, Lentini has been responsible for helping companies in distressed situations, leading large, high-profile national and international assignments for companies and/or their creditors across various industries. She joins from XRoads Solutions Group.
Alicia Masse joins Ernst & Young as a Principal in the US Restructuring Services group and is based in Detroit. Masse has more than 25 years of experience in financial turnaround, cost effectiveness strategies, credit policy matters and the development of predictive financial management tools for distressed companies. She has assisted companies in the automotive, heavy industrials and manufacturing sectors. Masse joins from BBK on December 7.
John Llewellyn joins Ernst & Young as a Principal in the US Restructuring Services group and is based in New York City. Llewellyn has over 16 years of experience in restructuring transactions, strategic business planning, cash tracing, operational improvement, scenario modeling and advising companies and lenders in the distressed credit environment. He joins from Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP.
Victoria Creason joins Ernst & Young as an Executive Director for the US Restructuring Services group and is based in Chicago. Creason has over 25 years of experience in both the domestic and international arena. She's overseen the restructuring of underperforming companies spanning multiple industries including aviation, cargo and transportation, automotive, consumer products, retail and industrial capital goods. She joins from FTI Consulting.
Nicole Horton joins Ernst & Young as an Executive Director for the US Restructuring Services group and is based in Los Angeles. Horton has 10 years of experience in financial restructurings, refinancings, debt structure analysis, developing and analyzing business plans and cash flow models, valuations, mergers and acquisitions and evaluating strategic alternatives spanning a variety of industries including retail and consumer products. She joins from Macquarie Capital Inc.
Peter Kingma joins Ernst & Young as a Principal in the Working Capital Advisory group and is based in Chicago. Kingma has over 18 years of experience leading and managing global engagement teams focused on releasing cash from working capital for large domestic and multinational companies. He joins Ernst & Young from REL Consulting.
Eric Wright joins Ernst & Young as a Principal in the Working Capital Advisory group and is based in Los Angeles. Wright has over 15 years of experience in bankruptcy and turnaround assignments and leading working capital management and cash flow programs across a wide range of industries and regions. Wright joins Ernst & Young from Alvarez & Marsal.
