Espial(R) Showcases Enhanced Evo(R) DVR Capabilities at IBC 07
OTTAWA, Sept. 6 /PRNewswire/ - The Netherlands (IBC, Stand IP103 "IPTV
Zone") - Espial(R) Group Inc. (TSX: "ESP"), a leading provider of IPTV
middleware and applications, today announced it has enhanced Evo(R) DVR
with updates to features including Evo(R) StartOver TV, the ability to

user interface and demonstrating new services including Evo(R) Timeshift TV
and mobile convergence capabilities.
Evo DVR allows IPTV operators to offer exceptional viewing freedom for
their customers. Subscribers can schedule recurring recordings and play
them back at anytime with full control to pause, rewind, fast-forward and

recordings are handled without delay.
"We've significantly improved our DVR capabilities in a way that makes
the service much more compelling for IPTV subscribers and more manageable
for operators," said Brian Mahony, Espial Vice President of Marketing. "By
leveraging the Evo Future-Proof Framework(TM), Evo DVR provides the
customization capabilities to create an advanced, competitive DVR offering
for any IPTV service, at a lower total cost of ownership."
