Executives to Lead Corporate Analysis and Marketing Groups

With extensive industry experience, John Rubens will be responsible for assisting clients in taking proactive steps to manage the complex ESI landscape and effectively address their legal and regulatory requirements. During his career, John has supervised the successful completion of hundreds of data acquisition, forensic analysis, and litigation consulting projects around the globe, including such matters as patent enforcement, computer fraud, IP theft, embezzlement, counterfeiting, trademark infringement and stock scams. Prior to joining eTERA, John served as Managing Director of Professional Services and Operations at The Oliver Group where he built a team that provided a range of early stage electronic discovery solutions to global clients.

An industry veteran, Alan Brooks will be responsible for developing and managing integrated marketing programs designed to educate clients on complex data management challenges and solutions. Alan has 20 years of product management, product marketing and general marketing experience with companies providing software and professional services to the legal, CRM and IT industries. Under his marketing direction, eTERA will further enhance the company's position as trusted advisor and innovative partner to clients. Prior to joining eTERA, Alan served as Vice President of Marketing at Sfile Technology and previously held similar positions at RenewData and CaseCentral.
