LOUIS, April 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Immediately following the horrific tornado that struck the St. Louis area and surrounding areas yesterday evening, Farmers Insurance claims personnel, agents, State Executive Director and district managers immediately deployed to the areas at and near the Lambert Airport, Bridgeton, Ferguson, Maryland Heights, and other cities nearby, seeking and helping all customers that have suffered damage or injury.

"We have mobilized CAT claims adjusters and a team of Early Response agents have been canvassing the hardest hit areas to help customers (Farmers and non-Farmers) begin the claims process," explained Paul Crosetti, Farmers Missouri State Executive Director.

It is open until 7p.m. tonight and from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. tomorrow."

A smaller claims Farmers Customer Care Vehicle, equipped with communications equipment and supplies is also on the scene to help customers and non-customers alike. It will be used in the area by the Farmers early response team.
