The Watch Hill Partners team is now part of FBR Capital Markets' Investment Banking department.

Terms of the Watch Hill Partners transaction were not disclosed. Watch Hill Partners was represented by Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Herrick, Feinstein LLP.
