Company to Present Federal Signal Technologies Group and Provide Guidance

OAK BROOK, Ill., March 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Federal Signal Corporation (NYSE: FSS), a leader in environmental, safety and transportation solutions, will announce first quarter 2010 earnings on Friday, April 30, 2010.  The Company will give a presentation via conference call and webcast for investors and analysts on the same day.  On the investor conference call and webcast, the Company will also discuss Federal Signal Technologies Group, a new division that the Company intends to form to focus on Intelligent Transportation Systems ("ITS") solutions, and Federal Signal's future earnings outlook.
