FiberNet Doubles Size of 60 Hudson Street Meet-Me-Room

 (Nasdaq:   FTGX), a leading provider of managed network services, has completed
 a major expansion to the Meet-Me-Room at 60 Hudson Street in
 New York City -- the premier carrier hotel for global telecommunications
 providers in the United States.  The expansion creates new business
 opportunities for FiberNet, doubles the size of the Meet-Me-Room and combines
 the transport and collocation services of the original Phase I facility with
 new high -- performance interconnection solutions designed to reduce cost and
 increase performance and reliability.
     The 7,400 square foot Phase II addition is a fully integrated build-out of
 the occupied Phase I facility which recently reached capacity for colocation
 services.  The Phase II expansion delivers greatly expanded colocation
 capabilities, as well as optical and electrical interconnection systems that
 represent the future of colocation and network services for domestic and
 international carriers in FiberNet's metropolitan network infrastructure.  The
 new facility also offers environmental control features that guarantee
 uninterrupted power in the event of a utility disruption to enable the flow of
