Fidelity D & D Bancorp, Inc. Fourth Quarter 2009 Dividend
DUNMORE, Pa., Nov. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Fidelity D & D Bancorp, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FDBC), parent company of The Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank, announced the payment of the Company's fourth quarter dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable December 10, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 23, 2009.
Fidelity D & D Bancorp, Inc. serves Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties through The Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank's eleven community banking offices.
