FMC Technologies Appoints Alf T. Melin Treasurer

HOUSTON, July 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI) announced today the appointment of Alf T. Melin to the position of Treasurer, effective July 17, 2009.

Melin began his career in 1995 as a financial analyst within FMC's former FoodTech business in Helsingborg, Sweden. Since then, he has progressed through a number of financial and accounting positions within the company's U.S. and international locations. Most recently, he was the Subsea Controller for the Eastern Region, located in Kongsberg, Norway. Melin will be based in Houston.

Melin is a graduate of Lund University in Sweden, where he received a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Economics.
