Focus grants stock options

VANCOUVER, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Focus Ventures Ltd. (TSX-V: FCV.V) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to its directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,535,000 common shares exercisable for 10 years at a price of $0.90 per share. These options are subject to the closing of the Company's recently announced private placement.
