   CHICAGO, May 7 /PRNewswire/ --
WHAT: Ooey, gooey, mouthwatering grilled cheese! Art Ginsburg, aka "Mr.
Food(R)," will be at Jewel Foods, 7525 W. Lake St. in River Forest from
2 - 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8th. He's visiting to see if the City of Big
Shoulders has what it takes to claim the national top grilled cheese spot. He
has teamed up with the American Dairy Association (ADA) and the Midwest Dairy
Association to find the nation's most lip smacking grilled cheese recipes with
 a hometown twist.
WHY: Mr. Food hopes to inspire Chicagoans to enter his Hometown Grilled
Cheese Recipe Contest, which ends May 15. He will demonstrate how grilled
cheese doesn't have to be a slice of cheese between two pieces of toasted
white bread -- but can instead be a custom "hometown" creation featuring at
least two domestic cow's milk cheeses. From deep dish pizza to Italian Beef,
the crafty cooks in the Windy City are sure to come up with a winning regional
recipe. For more contest information, visit
