FRANKFURT, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Frankfurt bids farewell to the global food ingredients industry as Fi Europe 2009 wraps up an impressive edition this afternoon. Fi Europe is the premiere meeting place for the world's food ingredients industry and once again the list of attendees was a who's who of the industry's decision makers.

The biennial three-day event is a long-standing highlight of the industry calendar as it brings together visitors from around the world and across the industry including manufacturers, suppliers, scientists, technologists and food ingredient buyers.

The aisles were bustling at the Messe Frankfurt, surpassing all expectations in a challenging year for trade exhibitions.
