 partners.  Alex Ott, former senior executive with Siebel Systems and SAP and
 Haim Kopans, co-founder and former CTO of Precise Software Solutions will
 further enhance JVP's breadth of expertise in the software sector by building
 on the firm's ten-year history of successful exits in portfolio companies such
 as Precise [acquired by Veritas], Fundtech and Jacada.

     Alex Ott brings to the fund fourteen years of experience in the enterprise
 software field.  While serving as a JVP advisor, he helped portfolio companies
 expand the firm's international market presence.  His vast experience and
 industry network have already proven to be powerful assets in sourcing deals
 and in business development for JVP's portfolio companies.  Mr. Ott will serve
 as venture partner in the firm's New York and London offices.
     Most recently Alex ran the Americas for Siebel Systems, with revenue
 responsibilities of over $1 billion.   He was a member of Siebel's Executive
 Committee, and was previously responsible for building a major presence in
 Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.  Under his direction, in just over two
 years, Siebel was able to achieve market leadership in CRM and e-business in
 more than 18 countries, growing revenues, customer volumes and employee base
     Prior to joining Siebel, Alex held several executive positions at SAP AG,
 including member of the extended management board, and was instrumental in
 founding the SAP Global Partner Ecosystem, believed to be a $20B market today.
 With extensive expertise in growing sales, international markets, and
 shareholder value, Alex is helping JVP to source new investments around the
 world and offering strategic and practical counsel to the firm's portfolio
