Former Trial Lawyer Association Presidents Join National Non-Recourse Funding Company's Consumer Advisory Board

NEW YORK, March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- LawCash (Plaintiff Funding Corporation)
announced today that seven trial lawyers, who are current and past presidents
of national and state trial lawyer associations, have agreed to serve on the
company's recently established Consumer Advisory Board.
LawCash set up the Consumer Advisory Board to obtain counsel on national
and local issues relating to plaintiff rights and to get advice on how to
provide the highest quality service for the plaintiff bar in the area of
non-recourse funding.

will offer us guidance on legal developments and offer improvements on
non-recourse funding so that our clients have the best product available to

LawCash is a national specialty finance company that provides a variety of
non-recourse funding options to plaintiffs with pending personal injury cases
and other lawsuits. The company also advances money to people with recently
settled cases awaiting payment, as well as state insurance liquidation cases.
LawCash takes a lien on the cases it accepts. The company charges rates that
average 3% a month. If the plaintiff loses their case, they keep the advanced
funds and do not repay LawCash. LawCash advances up to 10% of the value of a
case up to $100,000.
The company has been in existence for over two years and is growing. The
company projects $25 million outstanding on funded cases for next year, as
compared to $10 million for 2002 and $3 million in 2001. LawCash provides
their services to plaintiffs in 24 states. The company has its headquarters
