Prior to leading publicity for Univision's entertainment properties, she was a Senior Vice President at Fleishman-Hillard managing the P&G Beauty Hispanic portfolio of premier brands such as CoverGirl, Pantene, Olay and Clairol. Iveliesse holds a journalism degree from The Ohio State University.
Favila Budyszewick, Principal, Managing Partner, is an established marketing communications strategist with a wealth of experience in the consumer space in both the U.S. and across Latin America. She has led the development and implementation of many successful campaigns at local, national and international corporations such as UPS and Humana Healthcare as well as leading international PR firms including Fleishman-Hillard and Weber Shandwick. Favila oversees the agency's operations, driving efficiencies across the business. She holds a communications degree from Florida International University.
