Round of Funding for Provider of Industry's First Subscription Disaster Preparedness Platform Includes Top Angel Investors and Technology Experts

ATLANTA, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Fulcrum Ventures announced today that they led a $4.6 million investment in Preparis Inc., the industry's first subscription-based workforce preparedness platform. The round included several of Atlanta's most successful technology executives and angel investors including Imlay Investments. Founded in 2006, the platform delivers expert information, response protocols, communications, training and tools designed to protect businesses and their employees from terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, workplace violence, and other 21st century threats.

The Company will use the funds to expand its sales and marketing initiatives as well as accelerate product development.
