ROSEMONT, Ill., April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Galileo International, Inc.
(NYSE: GLC), a leading global travel distribution company, announced today
that it has entered into a joint venture with InterGlobe Enterprises, New
Delhi, India, to create IGT Solutions, a full service TPF programming services
company. TPF is IBM's high volume transaction processing facility widely used
in the airline industry and by computerized reservation systems (CRS) such as
the Galileo International Apollo(R) and Galileo(R) systems.

IGT Solutions will initially be supplying the TPF industry, including
airlines and CRSs, with cost-effective programming and consulting services.
Galileo and IGT Solutions have trained more than 60 New Delhi-based
programmers on maintaining and developing programs using TPF.
