Georgia Tech's Electronic Commerce Resource Center Advances the E-Commerce Resurgence with a Professional Certificate Program

    ATLANTA, Feb. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Georgia Tech's Electronic Commerce
 Resource Center is offering additional opportunities for the E-Commerce
 Professional Certificate Program, March 8-11, 2004 and June 14-17, 2004 at the
 Global Learning and Conference Center at Georgia Tech's Technology Square in
 Atlanta, GA.  As our economy teeters on the brink of recovery, business
 establishments will cautiously look at business processes to determine how to
 best utilize cost efficient and effective technological solutions.

 Tech Electronic Commerce Resource Center (ECRC) was established in 1994 with
 primary funding from a contract with the Department of Defense, Defense
 Logistics Agency.  The mission of the Georgia Tech ECRC is to promote the
 adoption of e-business and e-commerce technologies by business, industry, and
 governmental entities resulting in economic development and growth through
 improved operating efficiencies.  The ECRC currently supports several state
