Georgia Tech's Electronic Commerce Resource Center Joins the E-Commerce Resurgence with a Professional Certificate Program

    ATLANTA, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Georgia Tech's Electronic Commerce
 Resource Center will offer an E-Commerce Professional Certificate Program,
 November 10-13, 2003 at the ECRC Headquarters on the campus of Georgia Tech in
 Atlanta, GA.  As our economy teeters on the brink of recovery, business
 establishments will cautiously look at business processes to determine how to
 best utilize cost efficient and effective technological solutions

     About the Georgia Tech Electronic Commerce Resource Center
     The Georgia Tech Electronic Commerce Resource Center (ECRC) was
 established in 1994 with primary funding from a contract with the Department
 of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency.  The mission of the Georgia Tech ECRC is
 to promote the adoption of e-business and e-commerce technologies by business,
 industry, and governmental entities resulting in economic development and
 growth through improved operating efficiencies.  The ECRC currently supports
 several state universities and corporate enterprises in expanding e-commerce
 knowledge as part of their technical assistance and economic development
