NEW YORK, Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The Professional Bull Riders (PBR)
announced today it will be invading New York City on Saturday, November 4,
2000 for an all star event. Making their first appearance at Madison Square
Garden, the PBR's one night engagement is a special event that will be part of
the prestigious 117th National Horse Show.
The PBR will truck into Manhattan 3 million pounds of dirt, 90,000 pounds
of steel and 160,000 pounds of bull as the top 45 bull riders in the world,
including the 2000 PBR Bud Light Cup World Champion, will be invited to
compete for a $100,000 purse. No longer your "Daddy's Rodeo," the PBR is
danger, excitement and 110 percent pure adrenaline. The PBR has taken the
most popular event from traditional rodeo -- bull riding -- and made it into a

This will be the first time the three-day "National," the premiere
equestrian event in the US, will feature such a heart-stopping special event.

Ticket Details: Tickets for the November 4th PBR All-Star Shootout will go
on sale September 25th at 9 a.m. and range from $10-$103 for each event. Kids
12 and under can catch the action for only $10. The Shootout begins at 8 p.m.
