JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Dec. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Axcess Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: GAXC; the "Company"), an independent provider of self-service kiosk solutions, today announced that it has entered into a three-year extension with the Company's largest ATM customer, a grocery store chain with locations in 11 Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states that operates more than 1,100 supermarkets. In addition, Global Axcess extended the contracts of two additional grocery chains for three years; all three contract extensions are with subsidiaries of the same international conglomerate.
Under terms of the extended agreement, Global Axcess will continue to provide a full turnkey program for over 850 ATMs in store locations covered under these extensions.
