GlobalSantaFe Updates Customs Investigation

HOUSTON, Nov. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GlobalSantaFe Corporation
(NYSE: GSF) announced that it received a subpoena from the U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission (SEC) today seeking documents related to the
company's ongoing internal investigation.
The SEC advised GlobalSantaFe that it has issued a formal order of
investigation in connection with the matter. The company's cooperation with
the SEC and the U.S. Department of Justice is ongoing.
