Glory Foods, Inc. and Stairstep, Inc. Commemorate Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday With Official Opening of Siyeza Production Facility

    Glory Foods, Inc., a Columbus, Ohio company specializing in Southern-style
 food products, Stairstep, Inc., General Mills and First Bank of Minneapolis
 have provided financing to create a $4 million frozen food manufacturing
 facility in North Minneapolis.  The new facility will be called Siyeza
 (pronounced SEE-AY-ZUH) a South African term which means, "we're coming."
     Siyeza will manufacture Glory Foods' new line of Frozen Entrees and Side
 Dishes under the brand name, Glory Foods Southern Selections.  Glory Foods
 will join with representatives from First Bank, General Mills, Stairstep, Inc.
 and invited guests for an official ribbon cutting ceremony to formally launch
 the opening of Siyeza, Inc.
     The event will be on:
 
     --  Monday, January 19, 1998 at Siyeza, Inc., 1000 Humboldt Avenue North,
         Minneapolis, Minnesota.
 
     A media tour will be conducted of the new facility and a buffet luncheon
 will be served featuring new products from Glory Foods Southern Selections
 Frozen Entrees and Side Dishes.
