Retains German Investor Relations Firm

    DENVER, May 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Gold Resource Corporation
 (GRC) (OTC Bulletin Board:   GORO) announces it has been listed for trading
 on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol "GIH" and has retained the
 services of Small Cap Invest Ltd. (SCI) of Frankfurt, Germany. SCI assisted
 GRC with the listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and will be retained
 for ongoing investor relations programs.
     SCI is a European investor relations firm for small cap and
 medium-sized public companies and will provide investor relations advisory
 services to GRC including, but not limited to, translating GRC's corporate
 information and website and establishing Gold Resource Corporation's
 presence with German retail, financial, and institutional investors.

 Frankfurt listing and investor relations programs to achieve increased
