MARIETTA, Ga., Nov.18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK) announced today that Lynn A. Wentworth has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors, effective November 18, 2009.

Ms. Wentworth is the retired Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of BlueLinx Holdings Inc., a building products distributor, where she served from January 2007 until February 2008. Prior to joining BlueLinx, she was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BellSouth Corporation's Communications Group and held various other positions there from 1985 until 2007. She is a certified public accountant. She serves on the boards of Cincinnati Bell, Inc. and the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta.
