GraphOn Corp. Names Prakash Jadeja Director of Engineering

    CAMPBELL, Calif., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- GraphOn Corporation, developer
 of GO-Global(TM) and GO-Joe(TM), has named Prakash Jadeja Director of
 Engineering.  With a wealth of more than 20 years experience in software
 development, Jadeja will oversee and direct all of GraphOn's research and
 development efforts.
     GO-Global, the first thin client PC X server, provides MS Windows users
 with a high performance, UNIX/X solution, over LANs, as well as over
 low-bandwidth connections, such as remote dial-ups.  GO-Joe, the revolutionary
 thin client X server for all Java(TM) desktops, provides UNIX/X application
 access from all Java-enabled desktops, such as Sun Microsystems' JavaStation,
 or Java-enabled browsers such as Microsoft Explorer and Netscape Navigator.
     Jadeja's extensive knowledge of PCs, Macintoshes, and the diverse
 implementations of UNIX(R) is critical to GraphOn's global expansion plans.

 the field of computer science.  Most recently Jadeja was a manager with Apple
 Computers Mass Storage System Software Group where he worked on leading edge
 technologies such as Digital Video Disc (DVD) and Compact Disc Recordable
 (CDR).  Previously, Jadeja was a founding member of Insignia Solutions Ltd,
 where he managed major projects such as AccessPC on the Macintosh and SoftPC
 on various UNIX platforms.  He has also held high level technical positions
 with MacPEAK Inc., Tangram CAE Ltd., Software Sciences and SATRA.  Jadeja
 holds a BS degree in Applied Computer Science from De Monford University in
