The property is the company's seventh investment in Oregon, all of which are 100% leased to cannabis growers, processors and/or dispensary operators.
This newest addition to the Greenspace portfolio is a 40,000 square foot warehouse in northeast Portland that will be home to two growers and one dispensary operator – Premium Medicine of Oregon.
