Grice to Chair Chicago Carbon Footprint Conference

    CHICAGO, Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- CH2M HILL today announced that Lisa
 Nelowet Grice, CIH, will chair the first session of the 2007 Carbon
 Footprint Consumer Products conference scheduled for September 13-14 in
 Chicago. Grice will be leading and facilitating discussions on
 understanding the business case for measuring and reducing companies'
 carbon footprint across operations and the supply chain.

     Participants include executive leadership from the consumer products
 industry including speakers from Intel, Sun Microsystems, Starbucks and
 Nike. With the continuing rise in fuel costs and global warming at the

 agenda.
     Grice is CH2M HILL's vice president for strategic services responsible
 for energy management, greenhouse gas management and sustainability
 services. She is a widely recognized expert in greenhouse gas accounting
 and management and has advised the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency,
 the California Climate Action Registry, 3M, the City of Seattle, Starbucks
 Coffee and numerous others. She was recently interviewed by Forbes and
 Industry Week magazine on carbon footprint and greenhouse gas reduction
 issues.
