Habitat For Humanity Volunteers Going To Yunnan, China
Join the Global Village Team March 1st - March 11th, 2013
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., Nov. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- David Patterson is leading a team of volunteers to Yunnan, China to participate in a Habitat for Humanity Global Village project from March 1st-11th, 2013.
Patterson has served on the Board of Directors of the Habitat for Humanity affiliate in Forsyth County, North Carolina for seven years, including a year as President of the Board in 2011.
"After Habitat Global Village trips to El Salvador in 2010 and Vietnam in 2011, I was hooked on Global Village," Patterson said. "I completed Global Village Team Leader training in May 2012, and look forward to leading my first team to China in March 2013."
Patterson is president of Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance, LLC, a partnership between the schools of medicine of the University of North Carolina, Wake Forest University, and East Carolina University.
