 Linda McCartney(R) range of vegetarian food products in the United Kingdom.

     Since the Company's purchase of the iconic meat-free Linda McCartney
 brand a year ago, the brand has undergone a strategic review with new and
 improved products and contemporary packaging. Through convenience and
 healthy ingredients, the Linda McCartney brand of products provides meal
 solutions inspired by the recipes of Linda McCartney.
     The Linda McCartney vegetarian food range of products available in the
 United Kingdom includes:
