Roy has years of experience developing customer-centric systems at Fortune 500 companies including Anheuser-Busch, Agilent Technologies, Saks Fifth Avenue and GSK Bio. He's a well-known brand thought leader, having presented at global conferences held by The Economist, Cannes Lions, TMRE and PBIRG. He holds an MBA from University of Missouri and a Ph.D. from Temple University.
