Hallmark Announces Upgrades to Hallmark.com
Changes make it easier for people to quickly create and send personalized connections
KANSAS CITY, Mo., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Hallmark today announces changes to its website to make sending personalized greeting cards, selecting e-cards and ordering personalized photo plates quick and easy.
New capabilities on the site help people zero in on just the right card, e-card, invitation, announcement or party plate. Whether announcing the arrival of a new baby, sharing holiday greetings or simply wishing someone "good luck" with an e-card, Hallmark.com is a convenient resource for helping people connect with their friends and family. The site offers the ability to upload addresses, have card recipients input their addresses and a reminder service for important dates and occasions.
The Hallmark.com home page now organizes items by product type (personalized greeting cards, e-cards, personalized party plates, etc.) or occasion (birthday, anniversary, holiday etc.). A tab labeled "Offers" features online and in-store offers. In addition, a tab labeled "In Stores" takes site visitors to information about products and promotions featured in Hallmark Gold Crown® stores.
"These changes better reflect the different types of content site visitors are seeking when they come to Hallmark.com," says Beth McDonald, Hallmark digital program manager.
"We know people use Hallmark.com as quick and easy way to create connections that have a lasting impact," notes McDonald. "We are constantly working to improve the user experience on the site and the most recent changes assure it's simple to find exactly what you're looking for."
