Kolstein brings over 20 years of sales and client service management experience to his new role. Immediately prior to joining Handshake, Kolstein was Vice President, Sales and Chief Growth Officer for Percolate, a web and mobile marketing SaaS platform company. In that role, he built Percolate's sales organization and implemented a scalable revenue generation model, growing the business by a factor of thirteen in 3 years. Prior to Percolate, Kolstein formed the corporate markets division at Gerson Lehrman Group where he served as Senior Vice President, Global Head of New Business Development. At Gerson Lehrman Group, he expanded corporate markets revenue by a factor of ten and added over 175 Fortune 500 clients.
