GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Effective immediately, Hanon McKendry, a Grand Rapids-based advertising agency, has entered into a partnership with StarLink, a media management unit of the recently formed $16.6 billion Starcom MediaVest Group media holding company of B|Com3 Group, Inc. As Hanon McKendry's media partner, StarLink will provide strategic media planning and buying expertise to help the agency's clients build their brands. Hanon McKendry is the only Michigan agency, and one of 14 in the country, with which StarLink has signed media relationships. Media planning and buying have almost always been outsourced by the agency.
