Harbour Group Acquires Games Warehouse

    ST. LOUIS, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Merit Industries, a subsidiary of
 Harbour Group, has acquired Games Warehouse, a leading developer, manufacturer
 and marketer of coin-operated, video-based entertainment systems, Sam Fox,
 Harbour Group's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, announced today.  Terms
 of the transaction were not disclosed.
     The acquisition, which is based in Nottingham, England, will complement
 Harbour Group's other entertainment products companies, including Merit
 Industries and Rowe International.
