Harbour Group Acquires LBL Lighting

    ST. LOUIS, Aug. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Harbour Group has acquired LBL Lighting,
 Inc., a leading designer and marketer of lighting products, Sam Fox, Harbour
 Group's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, announced today.  Terms of the
 transaction were not disclosed.
     LBL, based in Chicago Heights, Ill., designs and manufactures a wide range
 of lighting products, including low-voltage systems such as tracks, pendants,
 heads and sconces, as well as traditional line-voltage products such as
 chandeliers, ceiling fixtures, outdoor lighting, and portable lamps.  LBL
 sells its high-quality, high-design lighting products to both the residential
 and commercial lighting markets through a broad network of retail lighting
 showrooms and lighting specifiers/designers.  The company maintains a website

     LBL will complement Harbour Group's Lighting Products Group, which
