The awards were presented during the 13th annual Healthcare Internet Conference, held this month in Las Vegas, Nev. Achieve Solutions, a ValueOptions® Web site, received two e-HealthCare Leadership Awards:

• Best Site Design: Platinum
• Best Interactive Site: Distinction

These awards recognize the very best Web sites among health care organizations, online health companies, pharmaceutical/medical equipment firms, suppliers, and business improvement initiatives.

In determining a winner in the Best Site Design category, judges considered whether the design is unusual, attractive and engaging. Judges also considered whether the design facilitates access to key site information and provides strong branding and excellent usability.

In determining a winner in the Best Interactive Site, judges focused on the site's interactive features and technologies for providing health information and health evaluations. Judges also considered the site's ability to engage clients via e-newsletters, e-mail alerts and the facilitation of community groups.
