This recently formed Toronto-based company will operate under the name Health Robotics Canada, Inc. and will market, install, and support Health Robotics' i.v. Room of the Future concept, which includes the revolutionary product offerings i.v.STATION(TM), i.v.SOFT(TM), and OMM(TM). Health Robotics Canada Inc. will also provide assistance on an "as needed basis" to its strategic partnerships with McKesson Corp. for its market leading Oncology Robot CytoCare(TM), as well as other world-leading products and services from Biomedical Technology Consulting, MEDarchiver, and selected other companies to be named at a later date and which are currently subject to ongoing exclusive negotiations.
