As Director of Web Development, Eric will be heading up the development and implementation of the web-based HDS quality module and other web-based software components. He will work with a team of highly skilled analysts to enhance and improve existing HDS products and support ongoing data and development projects.

Before joining HDS, Eric spent several years with Pass & Seymour/LeGrand developing intranet applications to support the company's sales, customer service, and human resources departments. He later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a data analyst, specializing in the creation of new software and infrastructure to standardize the collecting and reporting of financial data. Most recently, he was lead product designer and usability expert for a Philadelphia-based start-up firm.
