HealthEase Acquires Corporate Fitness Operations

    PAOLI, Pa., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthEase, Inc. announced today that
 it has completed a transaction in which it has acquired the corporate fitness
 operations of Continuum Health Care, Inc.  Financial terms of the transaction
 were not disclosed.

 addition, we now manage and operate 25 corporate fitness centers serving a
