HealthEase Acquires Corporate Fitness Operations

    PAOLI, Pa., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthEase, Inc. announced today that
 it has completed a transaction in which it has acquired the corporate fitness
 operations of Continuum Health Care, Inc.  Financial terms of the transaction
 were not disclosed.
