HealthSouth Declares Dividend on 6.5% Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock
BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- HealthSouth Corporation (NYSE: HLS) announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $16.25 per share on its 6.5% Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock, payable on Oct. 15, 2010, to holders of record on Oct. 1, 2010.
