announced the acquisition of the Metroplex' third largest* residential real
estate company, Henry S. Miller, Realtors, to strengthen its No. 1 position in
Texas residential real estate.*

Founded in 1914 by Henry S. Miller, the company that bears his name has

brokerage completed $2.9 billion in closed sales volume last year.
Now with more than 45 locations and 2,000 sales professionals, Coldwell

and in all of Texas, based on combined closed sales volume in excess of $4.6
billion in 2000.

This merger includes the residential real estate and mortgage operations
of Henry S. Miller, Realtors, in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Henry S.
Miller's company in Colorado, Perry & Butler Realty, with 11 office locations,
today also merged with another member of the NRT family, Coldwell Banker
Residential Brokerage of Colorado.
In addition, Henry S. Miller's eight residential real estate offices in
Houston will join Coldwell Banker United, Realtors, and its four residential
offices in Austin will become part of Coldwell Banker Richard Smith, Realtors.
Both of these companies are owned and operated by Richard Smith.
