Hispanic Scholarship Fund Celebrates Its 2015 Class Of Scholars In New York

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF), the nation's largest not-for-profit organization supporting Hispanic American higher education, is planning to honor its 2015 Class of scholarship recipients, at a Scholar Celebration in New York on August 6, 2015, with the help of National Presenting Sponsor Wells Fargo, Local Presenting Sponsor Macy's, Inc., and Local Supporter Time Warner Inc.

Scholar Celebrations are intimate receptions held in major cities throughout the U.S., where HSF acknowledges and congratulates the current class of HSF Scholars and their parents and welcomes those who are new to the HSF Family.  The gatherings also provide Scholars an opportunity to interact with HSF Alumni, fellow HSF Scholars, staff, and donors, and to establish a network, through these contacts, that HSF hopes will last a lifetime.

The events also feature keynote speakers and give Scholars the opportunity to share what their scholarships mean to them.  Luis Ubinas, President of the Board of Directors of the Pan American Development Fund and HSF Alumnus, will deliver the keynote address at this event.
