Hollysys Automation Technologies to Announce Financial Results for Its Fiscal 2010 First Quarter Ended September 30, 2009 and Host Earnings Conference Call

BEIJING, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Hollysys Automation Technologies, Ltd. (Nasdaq: HOLI), a leading provider of automation and control technologies and applications in China, today announced that it will report financial results for its fiscal 2010 first quarter ended September 30, 2009 before the market open on Thursday, November 12, 2009.

The Company will host a conference call at 9:00 a.m. ET /10:00 p.m. Beijing Time on November 12, 2009, to discuss the financial results for the fiscal 2010 first quarter and its business outlook for the rest of fiscal year 2010.
