SPRINGFIELD, Ill., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Horace Mann Educators Corporation (NYSE: HMN) Board of Directors announced a quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share payable on December 31, 2009 to shareholders of record as of December 21, 2009. The quarterly dividend amount represents an increase of 52.4 percent from the third quarter 2009 dividend.
