CHICAGO, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Houlihan Smith & Company, Inc. (Houlihan) acted as the exclusive sell side advisor to Analytical Methods, Inc. (AMI) in their sale to Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd, it was announced by Charles Botchway, Group Managing Director of Houlihan. The transaction was handled by Houlihan Smith Managing Director, Joe Lunkes. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
