HRW, Inc. Improves Customer Service, Data Security and Communications with Upgraded Technologies

RALEIGH, N.C., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- HRW, Inc., an Associa Company, is upgrading internal systems to improve communication tools and equipment to provide a better customer experience for all clients. These technology upgrades will greatly improve customer service, management and general service efficiencies. Many of these improvements are behind the scenes technology improvements designed to bring better service to clients.

HRW, Inc. is upgrading to a more powerful, feature rich association accounting and management software package, Complete Controls for Communities (C3). C3 was developed by industry professionals that know what associations need. New reporting, viewing and accessibility will all be available to board members upon full transition.

HRW, Inc. is connecting to the Associa National Network, providing even better security and adding the ability to virtually connect each of the HRW, Inc. locations. As part of this National Network, new Cisco phones will be installed, allowing HRW, Inc.'s central customer service team to more efficiently assist owners anywhere in HRW's service area.
